Notes on Materials:
I use artists’ quality Acrylic paint and materials for the production of my work. I apply a layer of semi-gloss acrylic varnish to all paintings after a finished painting is dry unless otherwise noted- this helps to seal and protect the painting from dust and damage. All art is delivered ready-to-hang unless otherwise noted.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is calculated and added at the time of checkout, in the cart for states where it is applicable. Prices listed on the site are shown PRE-sales tax.
Return Policy:
All my paintings and original artworks are covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return a painting or original work, let me know right away within 3 days of receipt. After confirmation of notification, you must return the art within 14 days (in the same condition it was sent) at your expense. I will refund your original purchase price, less any shipping costs incurred. Art not returned within the 14 day period is no longer eligible for return. If you would prefer to exchange the work for a different piece, same terms apply- with some shipping costs waived on a case-by-case basis. If your art arrives DAMAGED, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so we can find the best remedy for the situation.
Copyrights and Licensing:
I retain all copyrights to my original and custom artwork. By purchasing my art you are granted a limited-use license- you are allowed to use the image for personal, noncommercial reasons. I reserve the right to use the image in my own marketing and promotions and to use the image as a basis to create similar one-of-a-kind works in the future.
