When I lived in California, The Vallejo Community Arts Foundation used to host an annual program where they recruited local artists to fill vacant storefront windows in downtown Vallejo with art to brighten up the area and highlight the space’s potential to renters or small businesses looking for space.  I applied for and was selected as one of the artists for the 2015 program year, and produced an original body of work that included eight new acrylic paintings for the occasion. This set of three interconnected paintings is part of that series. These particular paintings are based on the Vallejo waterfront and its spectacular sunsets. It was an area I walked almost daily when I lived there.  This listing is for the set of 3  paintings; the skinny ones measure 12×24” and the large one is 18×24”.
