“Elixir” is a large scale painting I finished in August of 2020. It measures 30×40”. When I was creating this piece, I was reflecting on how art has been such a healing medium for me throughout the years. It’s a process that brings me so much joy and peace. Anytime I feel down, or restless or unsure of what to do with myself, I can always take a dose of art practice as my visual “Elixir” and know that I will feel better! WARNING: Results are typical!
